अभ्यास

1. “भरत मिलाप” पाठ का सारांश लिखिए :- (Write the summary of the lesson “Bharat Milap”)

Bharat Milap Saransh

भरत की सेना चित्रकूट के पास आ पहुँची । लक्ष्मण ने सोचा कि भरत चित्रकूट पर चढ़ाई करने आ रहा है। वे तुरन्त रामचन्द्र के पास गये और बोले कि भरत हमपर आक्रमण करने यहाँ आ रहा है। मैं अभी वहाँ जाकर भरत और उसकी सेना को मारूँगा। फिर आपको अयोध्या के सिंहासन पर बिठाऊँगा ।

Bharat’s army arrived near Chitrakoot. Lakshman thought that Bharat was coming to attack Chitrakoot. He immediately went to Ramachandra and said that Bharat is coming here to attack us. I will go there right now and kill Bharat and his army. Then I will seat you on the throne of Ayodhya.

लक्ष्मण की क्रोध भरी बातें सुनकर रामचन्द्र ने लक्ष्मण को शांत किया । और उन्होंने लक्ष्मण से कहा कि भरत मुझे अयोध्या को वापस ले जाने के लिए ही यहाँ आ रहा है। इसलिए तुम अपने क्रोध को शांत करो।

Hearing Lakshman’s angry words, Ramachandra calmed him down. And he told Lakshman that Bharat is coming here only to take me back to Ayodhya. Therefore, you calm your anger.

भरत रामचन्द्र के पास आये और उनके पैरों पर गिरे। राम ने भरत को उठाकर गले से लगा लिया। फिर राम और लक्ष्मण ने माताओं को प्रणाम किया। कौशल्या और सुमित्रा ने उन्हें आशीर्वाद दिया। लेकिन कैकेयी सिर नीचा किये बैठी रही ।

Bharat came to Ramachandra and fell at his feet. Ram lifted Bharat and embraced him. Then Ram and Lakshman prostrated before the mothers. Kaushalya and Sumitra blessed them. But Kaikeyi remained sitting with her head bowed down.

2. प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए :- (Answer the questions)

(1) अयोध्या की सेना को आते हुए देखकर लक्ष्मण ने क्या समझा ? (What did Lakshman understand seeing the army of Ayodhya coming?)
उत्तर : अयोध्या की सेना को आते हुए देखकर लक्ष्मण ने समझा कि भरत रामचन्द्र से लड़ाई करने आ रहा है ।
Answer : Seeing the army of Ayodhya coming, Lakshman understood that Bharat was coming to fight with Ramachandra.

(2) लक्ष्मण की क्रोध भरी बातें सुनकर राम ने क्या कहा ? (What did Ram say after hearing Lakshman’s angry words?)
उत्तर : लक्ष्मण की क्रोध भरी बातें सुनकर राम ने कहा कि भरत मुझे अयोध्या ले जाने के लिए ही यहाँ आ रहा है ।
Answer : Hearing Lakshman’s angry words, Ram said that Bharat is coming here only to take me to Ayodhya.
