Hello students, I have shared Poem Bhavarth – Prathmic (पद्यों भावार्थ – प्राथमिक) in Hindi and English.
3. पद्यों का भावार्थ प्रांतीय भाषा में लिखिए – (Write the meaning of the poem in the provincial language)
1. वंदना (Vandana)
निंदा किसी की हम किसी से भूलकर भी न करें,
ईर्ष्या कभी भी हम किसी से भूलकर भी न करें,
हे प्रभु! आनंद-दाता ज्ञान हमको दीजिए।
Meaning: We should not find fault on others even unknowingly. We should not feel jealous on anyone. Oh, God! Please give us knowledge. The poet Ramnaresh Tripati prays to God to give knowledge; He also requests to remove jealous and fault finding nature.
2. बलवान बनो (Balwan Bano)
बलवान बनो, बलवान बनो,
तुम भारत माँ की शान बनो।।
तुम वीर बनो, बलवान बनो,
तुम बलशाली हनुमान बनो।।
Meaning: The poet is encouraging us to be strong. He tells, “You become strong, You become the pride and majesty of Bharath Matha, You must become brave and strong and you must acquire the strength like Hanuman, the great ‘Anjaneya’.”
धनवान बनो, गुणवान बनो,
तुम ज्ञानी और महान बनो।।
तुम धीर बनो, गंभीर बनो,
तुम सभ्य, सुशील, सुजान बनो।।
Meaning: The poet is motivating us to become brave, serious, straight forward and civilised. He is asking us to be with good characters and also to become a good person.
3. छोटा-सा दीप जला दो (Chhota Sa Deep Jala Do)
बिना रुके चलते जाओ तो,
तुम्हें लक्ष्य मिल जाएगा।
अगर ईंट पर ईंट धरो तो,
महल खड़ा हो जाएगा।
अच्छे-अच्छे काम करो तो,
देश बड़ा हो जाएगा।
Meaning: In these lines the poet is telling that, if we go ahead continuously, nonstop, we shall reach our destination. We have to be patient to achieve great things. If we want to build a palace we have to keep the bricks one by one patiently. If we do all good things, our country will become great.
4. घर अपना (Ghar Apna)
माँ-बाप,
भाई-बहन संग-संग बढ़े,
हँसना-रोना सीखा,
खेलना-बोलना सीखा।
Meaning: In these lines the poet is telling that the ‘Home’ is the sweetest place in the world. In the given lines poet tells that, we grow along with our mother-father, brother- sister. In our house we learnt to laugh, cry and we learnt to play and speak.
5. सीखो (Seekho)
फूलों से नित हँसना सीखो,
भौरों से नित गाना ।
तरु की झुकी डालियों से,
नित सीखो शीश झुकाना ।।
Meaning: Learn from the flowers how to laugh everyday; learn how to sing always from the honey bees. Learn to be polite, humble and to bow down your head from the bent branches of the tree.
दीपक से सीखो,
जितना हो सके अंधेरा हरना।
पृथ्वी से सीखो,
प्राणी की सच्ची सेवा करना ।।
Meaning: Learn from lamp to remove darkness and spread light. Learn to render true service to all living things from earth.
6. कल्पना (Kalpana)
जहाँ कहीं भी धूप सताती
उसके नीचे झट सुस्ताते,
जहाँ कहीं वर्षा हो जाती
उसके नीचे हम छिप जाते।
Meaning: In this poem, the poet imagines that if the trees can move how nice it would be. In the above lines, poet tells that If the trees can move, one can take rest immediately, wherever there is hot sun. When there is rain we can immediately take shelter under the tree.
